All maintenance requests are submitted through our online True Tenant Portal. As a landlord, you will be notified immediately of the request and what the cost will be for the repair. Upon your approval, we then coordinate these repairs for you and handle invoices and payments to vendors with no additional charges, markups or commissions. You pay the True Invoice for the repair and nothing more.
